Magus Libri academy policy
It is the policy of The Magus Libri Academy to provide equal educational opportunities without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual preference, age, or disability. We are a non-denominational academy and believe in acceptance in of all religions that lead in a positive direction. We do not condone or encourage any student or teacher attempting to intentionally convert any other to their religious belief system. We believe magick exists is all known religions both Pagan and Christian alike. Magus Libri Academy does not condone any path which encourages or incorporates harm to another person or animal in any way. We do not support any singular political party. We feel each person has the right to follow the path that is best for them and it is not for any other person to judge that path. The academy has a zero tolerance policy for prejudice of any sort. Slanderous statements or postings about any religion, race, sexual preference, or gender will constitute immediate action. We do limit our classes to a maximum of five students per class so that each student may receive the maximum attention we have to offer. Lesson plans are expected to be taken seriously as any other seminary college. Lack of participation from a student will constitute a drop status. The administration working for the academy is completely volunteering their time and we ask that only serious students apply. We pledge to our students, once, accepted, to give you the best education we are capable of and to do our best to provide you will all materials you may need for a class. However some classes may not have the materials and you may need to obtain a book to study with. Each course will be laid out in the format of lecture (usually reading materials as we are currently online mainly) and then assignment. Our volunteer teachers may adjust this method as they see fit. Just as any college or seminary school you will be graded in your courses. Each classes credits will be tracked and as you progress you will achieve degrees. Do note we are 100% non-profit organization ran completely by a volunteer staff. Any and all donations are given to the academy to improve its ability to provide quality education to all magickal practitioners who follow a path that is enlightened. We do ask that a $5 entrance donation only if accepted. Should financial assistance be needed please email the headmistress.
Privacy Policy- Under no circumstances will any of your information ever be given out. The administration is ran by ordained Reverend of the Universal Life Church and have taken an oath of confidentiality to which all students of the academy are privileged to. No teacher or administrator can release any students personal information without express written consent. When mail is sent to a students home we send it in a none descriptive envelope with only a simple return label. This is to ensure your privacy as we do understand that some of our students may not wish others to know or their affiliation with the academy. We will accommodate and respect all of our students privacy rights to the full extent of the law. |
